Scores, “the House”, payouts, bankrolls and every other number in Meld Fever are game points. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged, and win no prizes. There is no real-money gambling of any kind.
Pick a name that isn't offensive, hateful, sexual, or someone else's, and that doesn't contain personal details such as phone numbers or addresses. Don't cheat: no modified clients, forged scores or automated play. We may rename, hide or remove any name or score, and stop a device from posting, at our discretion and without notice.
Progress is saved on your device. We do our best to keep saves working across updates, but we can't guarantee it, and we aren't responsible for progress lost when site data is cleared or a device is lost.
We may change, pause or stop the game, its modes or its leaderboards at any time. The game, its art, music and code belong to us or our licensors (see Credits). Please don't copy or redistribute them.
The game is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from playing or not being able to play. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; playing after a change means you accept it.
